In daily life we tend to hold on to stress, which can cause (physical, energetic, or emotional) blocks. In the mindfulness movement & meditation class we will shake and dance everything out in order to create space/a sense of calm, then integrate and bath together in silence–It’s a practice to be in the present moment and your body.

If we free ourselves from what limits the flow of life force–we can fulfill our true potential and live in a more authentic and meaningful way.”

Feel warmly invited to DIVE DEEP / RISE HIGH–a 60 minutes practice with four different stages inspired by the Osho framed into a gong bath or basic kundalini yoga practices.
